SmartSearch was founded by Matthew Ashenden who has a decade of recruitment experience placing Sales and Engineering talent across the US and Europe.
Matthew has placed hundreds of candidates at cutting-edge tech companies and has firmly established himself as a trusted resource to companies looking to grow and scale their Sales and Engineering teams. The foundation of Matthew’s recruitment ethos lies in trust and transparency for both the candidates and clients he serves. Matthew has partnered with start-ups, SME’s and fortune 100 companies and has experience offering a range of recruitment solutions from RPO and SOW, to Exclusive and Contingent staffing partnerships.
With the experience of building and scaling recruitment offices in the US and the UK, Matthew founded SmartSearch with the goal of being the go-to agency for companies looking to grow their Sales and Engineering teams either side of the pond!
